SK-II
This time, aku nak ceritakan macam mana aku kerja dengan team Procter & Gamble (P&G) amnyer and SK-II team khasnyer.
Aku ada sorang boss perempuan (of course Chinese yang aku panggil dia WP) yang sangat dedicated dalam setiap kerja dan plannya utk menjadikan SK-II product stay maintain in 1 ranking. She's the big one in Malaysia branch. Then, ada sorang division boss (perempuan gak!) yang jaga Malaysian's (about 20s booth around Malaysia) booths.(PL). Then, ada 4 orang area manager (4 ke?Err..jap! LL, Ply, Emly, and DC.. Yup! 4!!). Ada yang jaga market Parkson, Metrojaya, Isetan and North area! So, kesimpulannya, untuk jaga lebih kurang 20 kaunter SK-II seluruh Malaysia, just ada 1 team assistant (masa LS maternity leave, makanye aku la Team Assistant SK-II) and my dearest KS (lupe lak ape nama designation dia..).
Aku masuk kerja kul 9am, buat kerje yang maha karya BANYAKNYE, sampaikan 6 bulan aku skip lunch 2 o'clock, masuk bulan ke-empat, dengan tasks yang Liza tinggalkan sepanjang cuti dia, aku kne take over kerja Tina, deal order from all those counter, prepare monthly (fussy & hussle) reporting to Manila and sometimes Spore, dealing with launching-matters, jaga 5 orang managers' needs and so on.....aku tak pernah mengeluh 'fed-up'! Actually, aku seronok berdepan dengan all those hussle sbb kerjanya sangat cepat and takde banyak ' tangga kne daki utk pacakkan bendera..' (faham...?).
YUp..sometimes i'm facing those terrible moment (esp when it come end of the month - Monthly Report, Balance Scorecard and all those Daily Sales yang memeningkan...), system yang bengong (thanks to my dearest Mr Ong yang sangat penyabar..! And to someone from Manila yang aku tak pernah jumpe tapi HARI-HARI 'berdepan' secara maya. And another someone yang jaga ordering schedule from Singapore. They are incredible..!) tapi semua tu dapat aku tangani dengan cepat sebab kerja dengan all those women manager make me easy to move on..! They understand me, help me very much in my tasks, advising me (terus terang gile. No selindung-selindung. What they want and how they want me to perform and what to perform..!).
Itu belum cerita hari Sabtu Ahad aku yang memang cuti, tapi handfhone aku tak pernah cuti. Seluruh Malaysia punya counter SK-II akan call tak kira la Sabtu or Ahad, siang or senja (sbb kul 10 dorang dah tutup kaunter). Tya order, tya new product, tya gift or even cerita pasal sales and problems yang dorang hadapi daily! Penat..? Sekejap je. Overall..seronok...!
One situation. Time aku organize perjumpaan Manager2 SK-II dengan Beauty Consultant (BC) seluruh Malaysia + Sabah Sarawak..bila aku kenalkan diri as AZURA, they (BC) hardly believe aku lah orangnya yang deal dengan dorang almost everyday byy fhone. Seronok tengok gelagat & expression muka dorang. And they really appreciate on all those kerenah yang aku kne hadapi as team assistant!
Balik kerja ingat kul 5 ke..? Sorry, aku keluar time matahari belum kuar (6.30 dah kne gerak g Komuter Rawang), and kul 10 malam baru sampai umah. Penat mmg penat..tapi aku enjoy.
How PL pujuk aku supaya stay masa aku cakap nk resign. How Wei Pin terperanjat bila aku serahkan notis resign and LL, Ply, Emly, and DC pujuk aku stay bila PL bisikkan niat aku tu. LS? Tarik g pantry room and offer aku stay dengan 1 offer hebat dalam team SK-II. My two boyfriends - KS and PM tarik muncung bila aku cakap 'gudbye'.
Even aku dah pun terima satu surat yang aku tak sempat sign 'terima' just a day before papa hulurkan 'Kit Lapor Diri UPSI'....
Mmg teruk kerja kat SK-II...tapi berbaloi! Tak banyak ragam yang aku bawak balik ke pintu rumah. Tak banyak!
Tapi...
Sekarang ni..aku penat sangat.
Ada org bgtw, berakit-rakit ke hulu..berenang-renang ke tepian... But please, dalam situasi sekarang, pls someone direct me..mana 'tepian' tu. Aku sekarang di tengah-tengah laut & tak nmpak langsung mana daratan!
